You want to know what this costs before you have to email anyone and ask. Reasonable.
A single hypnotherapy session with me costs $165 online or $250 in person, for ninety minutes. Longer hypnosis work costs more. A two-to-three-hour past life regression is $295, and a four-to-five-hour QHHT session is $495.
Group breathwork is $15 a session. The full list is below.

Once we’ve worked together, the 1:1 session has an ongoing-support rate of $120 online and $180 in person, held for 90 days.
What makes the difference in price
The circle is $15 because it’s a group. Everything else on this page is one to one.
In person costs more than the same session online, because it takes more preparation and more work on my end.

What people ask about paying for hypnotherapy before they book: what the price includes, whether it drops if you come back, whether you’re committing to more than one session, and whether insurance covers any of it.
What’s included in the price?
Every online session includes the recording, and so does QHHT. The past life regression also includes the conversation beforehand, where we go through your questions and set your intention.
Is there a lower rate if I come back?
Yes. Once we’ve worked together, the 1:1 session is $120 online and $180 in person. Book within 90 days to hold it. QHHT is $300 for returning clients within twelve months.
Do I have to buy a package?
No. You book a session and you pay for that session.
Do you take insurance?
No. Payment is at the time of booking.
