Common Questions
What’s the difference between in-person and online?
In person (Waxhaw, NC) lets me use hands-on techniques and a wider range of tools, and it’s the only way to do QHHT. Online sessions are equally powerful for conversation, witnessing, breathwork, energy work, and hypnosis — I’ve seen deep shifts in both. Choose what’s accessible and what feels right.
How do I know if I’m ready for QHHT?
QHHT works best when you have specific questions, are open to whatever surfaces, and can give the day to it. Many people begin with Finding Your Medicine or The Terrain Session to build clarity first, then move to QHHT when the ground is ready.
I can’t decide which to book.
Email or call — I’m glad to help you choose, no pressure. As a rule of thumb: if you’re feeling stuck, start with The Terrain Session; if you just want to be met, Finding Your Medicine; for soul-level depth, QHHT or the Higher Self Journey.
What’s the difference between private sessions and Sacred Circle?
Private sessions are one-on-one and fully personalized. Sacred Circle is group work — you’re witnessed alongside others moving through a shared theme. Many people do both: Circle for ongoing community, private sessions for deep individual work.
Why do meditation and breathwork work sometimes but not others?
The same tool that helps one day can do little the next — it depends on your nervous system state, and different states need different approaches.
A Note About How I Work
Quick fixes rarely hold. Real change doesn’t happen in a single session — it happens through sustained attention, repeated practice, and the patience to stay with yourself when it’s uncomfortable.
I won’t promise you’ll be “healed” in three sessions. I will promise to be fully present, honest with you, and committed to helping you build the capacity to hold your own transformation.
— Sheila
