Session Hours
Sessions are by appointment only. I’m flexible with scheduling and happy to accommodate your needs. QHHT sessions typically start at 9am and run 4-7 hours.

My healing space is located on a peaceful 18-acre sanctuary in Waxhaw, NC—just a short drive from Charlotte. The journey to my space is intentional: leaving the urban energy behind and entering nature’s embrace prepares your body and spirit for deep healing work.
Nature-Immersed Healing
The drive itself—less than a mile from Waxhaw Creek Rd and Mini Ranch Rd—is part of your healing journey. As you leave behind urban chaos and enter the land’s healing energy, your nervous system begins to settle, opening space for transformation.
Exact address and directions are provided via email when you book your session. Virtual sessions are also available for those outside the Charlotte area.
