Sacred Circle
Themed Group Journeys for Witnessing & Release
Monthly gatherings anchored to seasonal rhythms. Each circle explores a specific theme through breathwork, somatic exercises, guided journeying, and closing ritual. This isn’t passive group meditation—it’s witnessed inner work in community.
A Container for What’s Ready to Move
These circles aren’t about chasing catharsis or pushing through to some breakthrough. They’re designed to build your nervous system’s actual capacity to be present with what arises—which is where real transformation happens.
Each month explores a different theme. Some themes repeat across the year (grief, forgiveness, the body) because these territories deserve more than one visit. You’ll leave with something witnessed, something released, and something to carry forward.

Monthly Sacred Circles
Twelve themed journeys across the year, anchored to equinoxes, solstices, and the rhythms between. Each stands alone—attend the ones that call to you.
The narrative you carry about who you are shapes everything. Tonight we explore where it came from and what wants to be rewritten.
Register →Spring stirs what’s been dormant. Tonight we turn attention to what’s pushing up—tender, unnamed, asking for witness.
Register →Your body has been spoken about and spoken for. Tonight we explore the story it carries—and the one it wants to tell.
Register →Grief doesn’t follow a timeline. Tonight we make space for what’s been lost and let it be witnessed without fixing.
Register →The body keeps score. Tonight we explore what yours has been carrying—tension, memory, protection, wisdom.
Register →First harvest. What has ripened? What needs to fall away? Tonight we take stock and let go.
Register →Some of what you carry isn’t yours. Tonight we explore what was passed down—and discern what to keep, what to release.
Register →Forgiveness isn’t absolution. It’s release. Tonight we face what’s been held and explore what it would mean to set it down.
Register →The veil is thin. Tonight we honor what has passed—people, dreams, versions of ourselves—and let grief move through us.
Register →The longest night. We go into the dark together. Tonight we meet what’s been hidden or shamed—and let it be witnessed.
Register →The light returns. Something is asking to be expressed. Tonight we listen for what wants to come through you this year.
Register →Light quickens. We return to forgiveness—what’s still held, what’s ready to release, what freedom might feel like.
Register →Women’s Quarterly Circle
A four-part journey through the mother wound and feminine lineage, aligned with the cross-quarter fire festivals. Each circle stands alone—together they trace a year-long path from wound to becoming.
The Arc
The Wound → The Pattern → The Lineage → The Becoming
What was missing. What you needed but didn’t receive. Tonight we meet the ache.
Register →Over-giving. Self-depletion. Tonight we face what we’ve built for everyone else.
Register →The veil is thin. Tonight we meet the ancestral feminine—what you inherited without choosing.
Register →After the wound, pattern, and lineage—what kind of Mother are you becoming?
Register →Women only • 2 hours • 7:00 PM EST • $45 per circle • Replay included

Mini-Terrain Report
Sometimes a circle cracks something open that wants deeper attention. The Mini-Terrain Report offers written pattern analysis based on what surfaced—ancestral patterns, limiting beliefs, archetypal dynamics.
This is a map, not a session. Reviewed by Sheila. Delivered within 7 days.
Available to Sacred Circle participants after any session.

Common Questions
Do I need to attend all the circles?
No. Each circle stands alone. Attend the ones that call to you. Some people come once; others attend monthly. There’s no wrong way.
What if I can’t attend live?
Replays are sent to all registered participants. The live experience is richer (witnessing happens in real-time), but you’ll still receive the guided journey and can do the work on your own time.
Is this therapy?
No. Sacred Circle is spiritual community and somatic practice, not clinical therapy. If you’re in active crisis or need clinical support, please work with a licensed therapist. This work complements therapy beautifully but doesn’t replace it.
What’s the difference between general circles and women’s circles?
General circles are open to all genders and explore universal themes (grief, the body, forgiveness, inherited stories). Women’s circles are a closed container exploring the mother wound and feminine lineage specifically—they’re part of a four-circle arc across the year.
I’ve never done breathwork. Is this okay for beginners?
Yes. Circles include various modalities (breathwork, somatic exercises, journeying, reflective writing) and you’re always invited to go at your own pace. Contraindications for breathwork are listed in your confirmation email—if you have concerns, email sheila@rowan-wellness.com before registering.
What’s the Mini-Terrain Report?
An optional add-on ($35) for when a circle surfaces something that wants deeper mapping. You’ll receive a written pattern analysis (ancestral echoes, limiting beliefs, archetypal dynamics) reviewed by Sheila. It’s a map of what emerged—no live session required.
