At Rowan Wellness, I combine a variety of traditional methodologies to achieve a fully-holistic health and wellness approach. We integrate aspects of traditional shamanism, breathing techniques, herbalism and nutrition, Reiki, vibrational sound and stone therapies, and more to interact with and balance the body’s subtle energetic systems.
URGENT Session Request: I reserve a select number of session that are not available on the scheduling calendar; these are available for emergencies and urgent situations. Contact me directly to request a session of this type. (Please note that there’s an upcharge of 10%.)
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique℠ / QHHT®:
These sessions are available in person only.
I only book one QHHT® session per day. This means that the day belongs to you and you alone, giving us time to have a fully relaxed and productive healing session. The number of sessions per month is limited.
Each session lasts approximately 4-7 hours – or as long as necessary.
Sessions start at *9 am* unless we specifically agree to another time.
(*Note that the scheduler does not always put the correct time in.)
Weekday (Monday – Thursday) Sessions are $550.
Weekend (Friday – Sunday) Sessions are $605.
Each session includes a recording, emailed to you in .mp3 format. As you listen to the recording, your healing is deepened. Many have reported that the recordings evolve with you over time, remaining relevant even 10-12 years after your initial session!

Contraindications for Breathwork:
You should consult with Rowan Wellness, LLC prior to a breathwork session if you have any of the following conditions:
- Pregnancy
- Severe cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure)
- Respiratory conditions (e.g., asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe lung issues)
- Epilepsy or seizure disorders
- Severe mental health conditions (e.g., schizophrenia, bipolar disorder)
- Recent surgeries or physical trauma (within the past 6 weeks)
- Acute or chronic conditions requiring immediate medical attention (e.g., strokes, heart attacks)
In some cases, the technique can be adapted or modified to accommodate specific conditions, but it may not be appropriate for everyone. If a condition is present that contraindicates the use of conscious connected breathwork, Rowan Wellness, LLC may suggest an alternative modality or recommend that you seek approval from your healthcare provider before proceeding.

Each mentoring series includes a (free) introductory call to allow us to get to know each other and to establish a learning syllabus so that we hit the ground running.

Our basic wellness sessions cover a variety of methodologies, depending on our initial remote and in-person interview and assessment. Approaches typically include energy balancing using tuning forks, shamanic journeys, stone and crystal medicine, reiki, nutritional and herbal support, infrared sauna therapy, and more. Come early or stay late (30 minutes) to balance and ground in our meditative garden or by walking our labyrinth (coming soon!). This extra time at the beginning and end of our sessions is complementary and provides time for you to integrate and reflect prior to and after your session.
