1. Health and Medical Disclaimer

Your Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for your own medical care, treatment, and oversight
• You should always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions about your health
• You should never disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of information provided by Rowan Wellness
• You will inform your healthcare provider(s) of any sessions or practices you engage in through Rowan Wellness
• The responsibility to heal is yours alone; Rowan Wellness acts as a facilitator only

Medical Emergency

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact 911 or your healthcare provider immediately. Do not rely on information from Rowan Wellness in an emergency situation.

2. Scope of Services

What We Provide

Rowan Wellness offers complementary healing modalities including:

• QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique)
• Past Life Regression Hypnosis
• Breathwork sessions (transformative breathwork, nervous system regulation)
• Energy healing (Reiki, intuitive energy work)
• Spiritual coaching and manifestation coaching
• Integration support
• Group classes and workshops
• Sacred Circle Membership program

What We Do Not Do

Rowan Wellness does not:

• Diagnose or treat mental or physical illness or disease
• Prescribe medications or medical treatments
• Provide psychotherapy or licensed mental health counseling
• Replace standard medical care
• Make guarantees about healing outcomes

Educational Information Only

Any discussions about lifestyle changes, nutrition, herbs, or wellness practices are for educational purposes only. You agree to conduct your own research and consult with licensed medical professionals before implementing any such practices.

3. Contraindications and Client Suitability

QHHT and Hypnosis Contraindications

QHHT and hypnosis services are not recommended for individuals with:

• Schizophrenia or psychosis
• Severe bipolar disorder
• Uncontrolled epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Severe depression with suicidal ideation
• Dissociative identity disorder (DID)

If you have any of these conditions, please consult your healthcare provider before booking. We reserve the right to require medical clearance.

Breathwork Contraindications

Breathwork sessions may not be suitable for individuals with:

• Cardiovascular disease
• Detached retina or glaucoma
• Recent surgery or serious injury
• Uncontrolled high blood pressure
• Pregnancy (without doctor approval)
• Severe asthma or respiratory conditions

Medical clearance may be required before participating in breathwork.

General Readiness Requirements

Our services work best when clients:

• Are emotionally stable and capable of processing intense experiences
• Have processed major trauma with professional support (therapy, etc.)
• Are not experiencing acute mental health crises
• Do not have active substance dependency
• Are physically and emotionally prepared for the session

Our Right to Decline or Refer

Rowan Wellness reserves the right to:

• Determine which cases fall outside the scope of our abilities and knowledge
• Require medical clearance before providing services
• Recommend outside professionals or practitioners as appropriate
• Decline or terminate a client relationship at our discretion

4. Appointment Policies

On-Time Appointments

It is important that we start and end sessions on time. Please:

• Arrive on time for in-person appointments
• Be ready at your computer for online appointments

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

48-Hour Notice Required:

• Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session
• Sessions may be rescheduled once if the request is made 48+ hours in advance
• A 10% processing fee applies to refunds (rescheduling has no fee)

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: All session fees are forfeited
• No-shows (failure to attend scheduled session): All session fees are forfeited
• No refunds or credits will be issued

Refund Policy

Refunds (minus 10% processing fee) are provided only for:

• Cancellations with 48+ hours notice
• If Rowan Wellness cancels your session (full refund, no fee)
• For online appointments: If unforeseeable internet outages prevent the session, we will reschedule or provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible

In-Person Appointment Requirements

For first-time in-person appointments:

• A copy of an official state-issued ID is required
• Must be emailed to rowanwellness77@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your appointment
• Appointments may be canceled without refund if ID is not received

5. Classes and Group Sessions

No Refunds for Classes

Due to the nature of group classes and workshops, cancellations and rescheduling are not available, and fees are non-refundable.

Recordings Available

All classes are recorded. If you cannot attend live, a recording will be sent to you within 24 hours of the class conclusion.

Confidentiality in Groups

We are committed to fostering a safe and trusting space. Any personal information or experiences shared during group sessions are held as sacred and confidential. We ask all participants to:

• Respect the vulnerability of others
• Keep shared stories within the container of our class community
• Honor the confidentiality of fellow participants

Community Boundaries

To preserve a safe healing environment, we discourage participants from pursuing intimate or romantic relationships with others in classes or groups. Clear boundaries help ensure collective energy remains centered on healing and mutual respect.

6. Sacred Circle Membership

Membership Terms

Sacred Circle Membership is a monthly subscription that includes:

• Unlimited access to monthly group sessions
• Exclusive healing library access
• 30-day replay access to recorded sessions
• 10% discount on all private sessions and courses
• WhatsApp community access
• Monthly office hours

Billing and Cancellation

• Membership renews automatically each month at $77/month
• You may cancel anytime with no penalties or fees
• Upon cancellation, you retain access through the end of your paid billing period
• Member discounts are valid only during active membership

7. Confidentiality and Privacy

Your Information

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any personal information or narratives you share during sessions are treated with confidentiality, except where required by law.

Remote Intuitive Readings

Upon booking certain sessions, one or more practitioners may conduct a remote intuitive reading. The results of this reading:

• May or may not be shared in their entirety with you
• Fall under the scope of confidentiality
• Are used to prepare for and enhance your session experience

Spiritual Guidance Disclaimer

Any spiritual advice or messages communicated via spirit and relayed by the practitioner during a session are subject to human interpretation and perceptual filters. It is your responsibility to evaluate the information according to your own internal truth before acting on it.

8. Liability and Assumption of Risk

Acknowledgment of Risks

You acknowledge that participation in healing sessions, breathwork, hypnosis, energy work, and spiritual practices carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Emotional or psychological discomfort
• Surfacing of repressed memories or emotions
• Physical sensations or temporary discomfort
• Life changes and shifts in relationships or circumstances

Voluntary Participation

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Rowan Wellness services. You agree that:

• You will not hold Rowan Wellness or its practitioners liable for your healing progress or lack thereof
• You will not hold Rowan Wellness liable for any unforeseen changes or effects in your life following sessions
• You are responsible for expressing your needs, fears, and progress honestly so sessions can be modified appropriately

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rowan Wellness, its owner, practitioners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of our services or website
• Outcomes or effects of sessions
• Any information provided through sessions, classes, or website
• Changes in your life circumstances following sessions

9. Intellectual Property

Content Ownership

All content on the Rowan Wellness website and in sessions—including text, graphics, images, recordings, rituals, and materials—is the intellectual property of Rowan Wellness and is protected by copyright law.

Permitted Use

You may:

• Access and use materials for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Listen to recordings provided to you as a client or member

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share recordings, rituals, or materials with others
• Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse-engineer any materials

10. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

If you have concerns or complaints, please contact us first at rowanwellness77@gmail.com. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve issues informally.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Rowan Wellness services shall be resolved in the courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
